Not great but not quite as bad as other reviews made it seem. Overall app design is confusing and dated, does not align to modern app UI Standards. Also the notifications are very hit or miss, they just don't appear for calendar events sometimes without reopening the app. So don't count on this to remind you of your meetings. Definitely not as good as other mail/calendar apps, but not the end of the world if you're forced to use it by your company's draconian IT standards.

The concept of having access to work email and calendar without logging into my computer is fantastic. However, I keep having issues with this particular app, especially with the calendar. Sometimes an appointment doesn't appear on my calendar (it can happen whether or not I am the organizer). Sometimes a cancelled appointment still appears on my calendar, even if I have clicked to remove it from my calendar. There is a Refresh button on the calendar that seems to do absolutely nothing.

We use Good Work for our company. The client's user interface has improved a great deal in the last few years (especially with the transition from Good Enterprise). And I don't have the crash issues many users report. But the app seems to be a severe battery hog. GSam battery monitor and Battery Doctor both report it as regularly being my highest-draining app, and I can't find any way consistently to reduce it's background battery usage. My other email client, Inbox, doesn't register in the top 25 in term of battery drain, even though I use it far more frequently. Not even NFL Mobile could top Good's battery usage in the last 24 hours, and I watched nearly an entire game on it yesterday while checking my work mail maybe three times. When my phone runs out of charge before a day is done, I now know what to blame.
