From full 5 star review that i left years ago, i will now put it down to 1 star in light with the event that happened today in port city server. I love the game. Been playing for years. But the devs are stupid and greedy. And the discord mods are stiff and snobs. They don't care much about players not unless you are a big big spender. Uninstalling the game after the event today in port city server. Moving to ragnarok Zero. Devs there are more considerate and understanding to players. So sad rom.

Nice game but lots of bugs that needs to be fixed especially those new contents they just added,so frustrating that after you spend money for the game.. they just neglect you to deal with the unknown problem you encounter in the game like missing important game runes or any items and equipments after acquiring it weather from the monsters drop or quest reward and synthesis of materials and runes to name a few..hope they have a better customer service support for easy reporting an in game issues.

Lots of unfixed bugs recently like getting kicked out from the weekly instance. Disabled some important features in some maps like locked camera and players forced to use 3D or 2D. Can you let players choose what they preferred instead what you think you prefer? Also noticed recently, devs are lacking in software testing. Keeps on releasing so called OP classes and nerf after a few patches. C'mon can't you do a simulations before releasing this new classes? Bait and switch? Too many to mention.
