Ratings and reviews

Great when it works. However, be careful and always keep your keys. The jade has to be reset constantly and the app (both desktop and phone) don't always communicate. Especially when you have to update the firmware. The Bluetooth and the USB won't work and you'll have to reset everything, reinstall & use your keys. You need to be experienced, more than average, to use the jade and Green safely. I don't think it's safe to keep your BTC long term in cold storage with the jade and the apps.

I have had an unbelievably frustrating afternoon trying to get this stupid jade set up. I tried it on green on my computer and half the time it was frozen or timeout or not responding or spinning. I've been through 5 different seed phrases.Because it's timed out and reset itself. Unbelievable. So now i'm working on my android phone. It asks me to connect to bluetooth even though i've already just connected it to bluetooth. can't get my pin code to work half the time because it wants me a QR etc

UPDATE: The app at least functions... Just nearly unusably. It takes on average 5-10 minutes each time to connect my Jade to the app. This time is between entering my pin and being able to view the wallet in the app. (Essentially the "logging in" time)
