Updated app 1.3.5 restored my profiles, which is a very pleasant surprise. It also now is connecting again. Having gone to the non-prime app temporarily, I think the UI and features are better on this Prime app. The pause and rewind and skip forward on profile steps makes a huge difference compared to the non-Prime app. Thanks for fixing it!

This new app sucks! the old app worked great until an update, now I can't connect to my gmg peak. Called app support and was told I would have to create a new account, that worked for about an hour then I lost server connection after I walked the dog and it won't reconnect. I tried to make another account but that won't connect either! Tired of fighting it! I should have got the Recteq that my friend recommended!

I was having issues staying connected with 1.3.4-1.3.7. Now on 1.3.8, I can't even connect to the grill. I can log into my account but it won't show anything for the grill. If I reboot the grill, the app says it lost connection and tried to reconnect but fails. Currently this app is broken to the point of being worthless. Too bad because it was originally broken but then was fixed and was working well. I'm hoping they fix it quickly.

Hi Aaron, 1.3.8 shouldn't have contained any changes that would cause this. Can you reset the grill, delete the grill from your grill list by hitting "Edit Grills", and give it another try? If this still fails please contact support so we can document your issue for testing.
