The app was okay at first, but now I've had some serious complications. First it would tell me that an order is ready, but when I go down to Palete, they said they haven't even prepared it yet. And now, even when I'm connected to the wifi, it's saying there's a connection issue and refuses to place my order. It's pretty much useless now and unreliable.

Extremely buggy. Part of its probably my school and how bad they are at updating things but notifications straight up not being a setting I can enable on my phone is definitely the app and there's no quick way to get help if the app doesn't work (which is OFTEN), regardless whose fault it is.

It's a good app, but it would be nice if there was a "cancel order" option in case of any slip up or human error when ordering. I've messed up plenty of times and can't regain my cash afterwards, it's annoying to say the least.
