Piece of junk. Takes many signup iterations to get past timeout problem. Never got past that message, but then all of a sudden I got a telegram message. Then I tried doing the driver's license validation, which failed of course. Sent a message to the person that sent me the telegram message. Guess what, never heard back. Surprise, surprise!

Why does app keep logging me off (like after week or two) and why the stupid password field doesn't allow to paste password??! You think it's great idea to type 20 char pass from pass manager?? As for posts that it's scam, I was able to transfer some money to the card (100-200) and payments with card works fine.

I'd give less if I could. Since the beginning the app didn't offer what it was saying to offer. Tried to close the account but the only way is to reach customer services. Absolutely no infos on how to close account on their app, neither in their "live help" who just redirect you to a bunch of FAQ question but none of them is about closing an account. No option on profil or website to close the account either. I'm trapped with Hi since last year trying to close the account. Very bad services
