If the app worked more than once a month then it would be useful. When you sign in with the fingerprint it works sometimes or it will have a error and make it so that you can't even sign in with the password. Then when you go to forgot username or password and put the required info in the app has another error code. So to fix this everytime the app messes up I have to go to the bank to unlock my account physically, just so I can see snapshot one and a while. Useless app.

I like the improvements in this updated HVFCU app. which has fixed some of the previous bugs. It is rather easy to navigate through the list of categories and functions, such as widgets, bill pay, etc. It's simple and quick to look at your checking and saving account balances. *By the way, HVFCU is now HVCU. They dropped the letter F which stood for Federal.

Stopped working 3 days ago. I contacted customer support and was told repeatedly there is no issue with the app and that it must be my device. Been using the same device to access this app the whole time and never had an issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled and continue to get the same error message: " system is not responding, try again later" with a red sad face. One day it worked, and then the next day it stopped working and hasn't worked since. I'm annoyed
