Ratings and reviews

You can go in and view and send messages, if you do it in one use. If the app goes into background use it will fail to send messages until you close and reopen it. Additionally you will never get a notification of a new message! Only way to know is to manually go check to see if you have any responses.

The app does not send notifications. Good luck responding to customers/constituents in a timely manner. Even on a computer, you have to constantly refresh. It also moves at a glacial pace.

Used to love this app, but it recently is near non-functional. When attempting to respond to messages, it becomes extremely slow and impossible to edit. I have had to switch to using Hustle via computer instead, which is unfortunate. Bugs need fixed!!
