Ratings and reviews

I have tried mobile apps of almost all major Indian banks and this one is by far the most user friendly. I really appreciate that IDFC is working on their digital services and user experience. Keep doing this and I'm sure you will grow quickly than the competition. 4 stars only because the app feels laggy sometimes, please consider upgrading your servers, they seem slow. Otherwise app is very good in terms of UX and UI.

Worst service ever they say grt instance cash within a click and when we try it everytime they have technical issues i will get a pop up as something went wrong please try again later.. i tried contacting you but your customer support sucks it does not provide what i need. I was stuck in IVR it self didn't get a chance to speak your customer support executive

I loved the international money transfer process it is so simple and easy, strictly no comparison with other bank, loved it!!! U guys made my work easy the best bank and the best online banking, thank you so much for the great service IDFC!!! The navigation is flawless and the app is so secured.
