Usually works but I've had a couple situations where the mobile deposit feature hasn't worked. The means to seek technical assistance is not always easy or answered. But I've been with this institution for almost 20 years and they do seem to focus on the customer. So a less than perfect online experience is generally ok. Update 11/2022: Tired of mobile deposit not working (Android). Kicks out multiple times before (if) it works. With less physical locations, considering switching institutions.

Overall, the app is great, 5 Stars. But the short time limit on taking pics of checks for mobile deposit, 3 Stars. I'm 76, and by the time I call up check deposit, enter the amount, select front, balance my elbows on table, get within range ..."sorry you've timed out". And then sign all the way back in, and start over, trying to be faster!

I like that I can transfer money to my credit card and car loan and it instantly updates my account balance. I like that I can use my fingerprint to open the app. I don't like that I can't get my son's account (that I'm on too) linked to my account to where I can transfer money into his account from the app. You should add the discount/coupon section in the app too instead of only online. Just my opinions and suggestions. I've been with this bank over 30 years, they're doing great!
