However, if there is no activity for any continuous 60-day period, the service will be deactivated which will affect your ability to access the mobile app.

*Benchmark Community Bank does not charge fees to download the mobile app. Fees only apply when you select to ‘Deposit Checks’ within the app. Your mobile carrier may charge for text messaging and web access services. Check with your carrier for information about their fees.

I haven't had any major issues with it. There's only one thing I would say constructively. It's more for the bank than the app, though. I was traveling cross country & had notified the bank, but my card got locked. They kept calling my house phone for verification, but that number hasn't been on my account for years. I checked on my account, and my cell was listed. My mom is on my account, but they wouldn't let her verify it either. It's a good thing I had a credit card.

Works well to check your balance and transfer between accounts. The mobile deposit has become horrible for me. After taking the photo it will start giving a session timeout message and then I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work. That being said, the in person customer service at the actual bank is top notch and always very pleasant.

It seems clunky and difficult to move from app to app because it signs me out if i go to a different screen. I am not satisfied with the mobile check deposit feature either and that's why I downloaded it. Right now it's just taking up space. It needs improvement.
