It was 4.5 stars until the 5.30.24 update, since then the Zelle option on the mobile app freezes up as if it is trying to load a pop up notification and eventually times me out my session. I tend to have to go through 3-4 time outs before I can actually get to complete an option (send or request) I am considering switching banks due to Zelle not functioning properly.

Awesome app, EXCEPT for when it resets and wipes my password and thumbprint after an update. By that point I've forgotten my password and get locked out having to call for support. And it ALWAYS happens on a weekend when support is closed. So I go a weekend of not being able to make transfers because of it.

Unbelievable!!! After over a year and there still isn't an update available for all the problems it has!!! DOESN'T allow to temporarily disable debit card when needed!!! Or IMMEDIATELY alert by text message when transactions are made for PURCHASES & REFUNDS!!! Someone could be robbing our funds by using a lost debit card without our permission, and we WOULDN'T know about it, because the STUPID app doesn't work right!!! Banks do, and even Chime and Cash app. Why doesn't GECU??? Sucks!!!!!!!!! 😤
