Ratings and reviews

When it works it's easy to use, but it's always freezing, meaning on average I have to log in and out 3 times to unfreeze it. The other huge issue is that IG's charts are riddled with errors and indiscrepancies and the lame response from customer services is just as bad! Terrible! Avoid at all costs!

The service works great, but in recent months the stock chart/graph which is essential to review performance history does not scroll and scale properly anymore. You cannot zoom out to view months or years at a time, it defaults to taking you back to the most recent few days. Very frustrating as this used to work perfectly. (-android user)

The chart is buggy & shows wrong prices most times. And when trading volume spikes, the app crashes. And after 10 years, the alert notifications never work. Tried all types of troubleshooting but alerts never work. And their help desk says "it's a problem with android phones". So those using Android do avoid IG, else your charts don't work, the alerts don't work"... And the overnight charges and interests are exorbitant.
