Could not get poi & app to function together. It took about a month for tech support to figure out that the poi were not functioning. Instead of sending functional poi, they wanted me to ship broken ones across the world for repair. Cutting my losses there.

Dear Garrett, free replacement is available within 15 days since receiving the order. Unfortunately, we received your inquiry 42 days after the receipt of your order. However, you are still entitled to warranty repair for the product. Please be in touch with our tech support by email, and we be able to resolve the issue.

Love ignis props! Using the app on a android 10 device it doesn't show the modes just numbers and I couldn't connect tonight on my spin, maybe there are more bugs? Hope this is encouraging.

Jellypoi will not connect to app. Delayed responses from support on the issue. Thus far no resolution, replacement or refund has been issues.
