Choose from 80 places of culture: from the archaeological park of Pompeii to the Royal Palace of Caserta, from the National Archaeological Museum of Naples to the Certosa di Padula, from the archaeological park of Paestum to the Madre Museum, from the catacombs of Naples to the archaeological park of Ercolano.

Ratings and reviews

You make some savings with the artecard, however the app is really rubbish. The card won't load uness you have WIFI or data enabled. Even then you have to keep logging in again all the time. You can't download the QR codes to Google Wallet or take a screenshot. It's also blocked Google from auto filling your email and password. The transport QR code DO NOT work on any of the transport gates so you have to try and get someone to open the gates for you, which may cause you to miss the trains.

The app does not allow you to download your pass for offline usage (including blocking you from taking a screenshot of the qr code), which is a serious issue when trying to access it at places with poor internet coverage, such as when trying to scan your ticket at the underground metro stations. Additionally, it keeps logging you out, gives "unexpected errors", and is very slow to load.

It's a great concept, but the app is slow, logs you out frequently (like right when you are ready to scan for museum entrance or on transit), and it's very slow to sign back in. Also, the QR codes do not always scan properly, leaving you stuck and not able to enter the subway unless it is staffed. It was very frustrating for us and the museum and transit staff.
