The app never worked for the things we really needed it for. We wanted to call for our valet, and it continued to tell me that the last name and room number entered was incorrect. Tried to ask for more towels from housekeeping, same thing. The best part is that when I tried Plan B, using the room phone, that didn't work either! While the app has great potential and is a great idea, it did not work for us.

Was very expensive and feel like at the price they charge you to stay, they should supply the small things like sun screen for example. I had to buy some in there store and they charged me $32 for a bottle for it and I couldn't even take it on plane ride home. It's the small things like that that aggravate me! The over all experience was great. Awesome facilities and very professional staff. Just do better on the small things.

Dining tab doesn't work. No information loads. Can't use to order room service. Otherwise it's a very useful app.
