Did you get rid of the only two good features "Spin for Miles" and earn miles for playing games? Response to the below response The new wheel does not seem like an upgrade for the user but rather a downgrade. Now I have no use of the app. Previously I used to shop and once no miles were awarded for that I stopped that. Your customer help copy pastes standard templates to any query. Update:See another template response! How do I send a snapshot of something that is not happening? No miles credit!

Too buggy app, not able to purchase from digi store, redirecting to external browser which gets blocked by cloudflare. Also getting 'try again' error many times for the last year while purchasing from digi store.

There's always some error or the other while booking flights. Both the app and website show outdated information. They show point conversion from partners who no longer offer conversion option to Intermiles, they show cards from banks which don't offer them anymore and they take bookings for hotels which don't exist anymore. Also a fraudulent company misleading customers. They do not adhere to their own terms when it comes to fully refundable ticket cancellation and do not give a refund.
