I must say that the members of the support team are really helpful. I found the app slightly difficult to figure out because you need the code of the child to connect with their profile. Why is there not an option to put in the child's name and school to be connected to their profile because the code is not readily available, and it does not always work. But otherwise, it is a nice easy way to know what upcoming (paying) activities are taking place, and it is easy to make payments.

Easy to use. Makes life SO MUCH easier. No need to find coins for small payments and relieves stress when you don't have cash on hand! Also gives peace of mind that you don't have to send large cash amounts to school with your child, which have every possibility of getting lost or stolen. This app has been a game-changer!

Struggled to get the student linked and the support services only operate during working hours, the chat services did not work, it would have been useful if these worked to guide new clients. Had to call in the morning and was assisted very swiftly and kindly by Tracy. All set now!
