This app takes forever to load and now rarely seems to work at all. Before it was crashing, now it keeps redirecting me to a browser that isnt supported, then telling me to use the app. Which sends me back to the browser. Massive waste of time. Been 3 months, nothing has changed. Now even the browser version doesn't let me in. Extremely useless program.

This app most of the time doesn't work. Half of the time it's about App error and issues and rest of the time it's about server issues. Can't rely on this app, just an another headache to your professional life. I would have loved if they had keep a web version of it or atleast scaled up the server to handle load of users. Really a lot of work need to be done on this app.

Terrible randomly logs you out then doesn't accept your pin to log back in & when you try to reset it, it doesn't like that either. It used to use my finger print & although slow worked not bother. It appears not to like its own updates as everytime there is 1 it doesn't work for months. Biggest waste of space going. Have just spent 20 minutes & 4 attempts at using different codes sent to my email to reset & I'm still not in the app.
