The eVoice service is great. It has been great in the launch of our small business. The app is very good also. It would be useful if it could integrate with the phone in a way that when you click a number, you are prompted to dial using the eVoice app, like other voice apps allow. The app. could be a bit faster as well, wheb you get ready to make a call, or view logs. It seems to delay at those stages sometimes.

UPDATE - Everything I said below in 2016 is still happening and now text don't show. Good app and once they fix a few issues it will be great. Sometimes calls don't come through (you'll see them in call log later). Notifications work off and on (more off than on). I wish they would get the capability to have callers select from various departments. Overall, good app and much better than the other company I'm still paying for because it's my main number and had department selection for callers.

I have had this app for almost three years. It no longer functions properly for me or my employees who also use the app. Constantly getting error "cannot provision temporary relay number". Was told to uninstall and reinstall app, no resolution. App is made for older version of Android is what it states. Iphones have same issues. Customer support is 30+ min to talk to someone. Fax system misses some inbound faxes, text system does not work properly. Takes 5 min to see who called you.
