I have to use this app for sales at work. On the pc it works quite well, however using mobile has a few issues. Always has a slow load time no matter how many times I update, reinstall, or sync to the cloud. My biggest pet peeve with the mobile app is that I can only send one picture at a time when sending pictures to customers. Also not being able to scroll through the photos that customers send of their trades. If they could fix these issues, then I would give 5 stars.

Decent. The fact that messages can be assigned and monitored by admin is a great concept. Customers ask for pictures a lot, so it would be great to be able to upload/send multiple pics instead of having to send them individually. Also, when receiving photos of potential trades, the ability to swipe through the photos would be great. Also very slow to load.

I've had this app for well over a year and while it helps my firm, it's pretty overpriced. The only reason I keep it is because the pace of funds released when my clients remit payment. Also since my phone has updated the app has crashed multiple times and is sticky. I have android version 13. Please release an update. I'll be looking at a competitor now because it keeps crashing. At 335/month, it should run smoothly.
