Not sure what happened but I cant log in now it just spins and spins and spins. It worked just fine before. I cant pay my bill and its due today. I looked through the reveiws here and I see that I'm not the only ome with problems and those same problems have persisted for at least 2 months. Noone can get the app to log in and pay bills. They know it's messed up but won't fix it. I'm sick of companies wanting us to use a broken app.

Well sense the most recent update on or near November 13th 2024 the app is absolutely worthless! I can no longer log in or even see where the hell to login cannot access any of my documentation or pay any of my policies premiums!! I have to go into work without proof of insurance because of this but I have emailed my agent to send it to me and to remove me from all paperless settings as I now have to rely on USPS for my bills and policy documents. Yeah like that's a good idea

Not only does my local agents office have awful service, this app is a joke as well. It is a collection of links that literally opens my web browser to do anything. Which makes this app a worthless waste of space. KFB has turned into an awful company to do business with and my grandfather bough a fist full of founding policies. I am looking for a new insurance company. So, congratulations on running off a legacy lifer. KFB has failed me at every level I cant recommend the company for anything
