We have been using the Kippy Vita consistently for 2-3 years. It has been a great way track our cat when he goes outdoor. Keeps track of his activy in a comprehensive way and the live tracking is a great method to call him back home at night. Since the new app update it hasn't been as consistent as before, but still keeps track as it should. Hope to see continues effort to update the app to make it as effective and efficient as possible.

It is ok-ish, there is live tracking. It is more or less accurate. I have two devices. Hoewer it's starting to be ridiculius that more often the app can not locate the devices, and I have no idea where cats are. Yesterdey was down the whole day. This is especialy a problem in the night when I need to bring them inside. When contacting support they respond after two days oh we had an issue sorry. It is not safe for us to use the product if we can not locate the cat the whole day.

I bought this directly from their website, because I wanted to be able to track my dogs whenever we hike somewhere unfamiliar. When I first tried it, the app wasn't able to find the kippy even though it was placed right next to me. I contacted the customer service and they told me to reset it. It worked then, but when I tried to use it again a few weeks later: same issue. Messaged the customer service outlining the issue, received a standard response that didn't help at all. Would not recommend!

What's new

App's latest updates
The "Safe zone Wifi" function is now included into the Geofence and works in closed spaces with wifi cells .
Energy Saving Area
You can save the Wifi networks of the most frequented places of your four-legged friend from the menu. This way, we will know it's safe.
The proximity function is updated and gives directions to find your pet.
Minor-bug fixes and improvement of stability.
