OMG! I HATE PAYPAL!!!!! I would give it a 5 star if you just let me pay with my Visa! Took me 5 tries & a half hour of going back & forth to my shopping cart to get checked out AFTER updating card info on PayPal! I NEVER use PayPal unless I am absolutely forced to do so! I may never shop Kmart app/online ever again & I don't EVER go to stores to shop, I order EVERYTHING I buy online! Sooo, you just cost yourselves a potentially HUGE customer! I don't particularly care for having to either click my phone's back button when continuing to shop unless I want to start over from scratch, that's a pain! Would prefer more descriptions as well as a few more pictures on some items that had only one. Those things however wouldn't have really changed my rating from a 5. Oh well, gave it a shot, back to my Amazon Prime account!

It doesn't matter if you use the app or website directly, it is slow and tedious. Website has always been the worse to use. Navigation is slow and continuously brings you back to the home page instead of where you were browsing. I have to constantly enter the filter info and start all over again. Unfortunately, using the app isn't much better. I don't think it's a flaw in the app but the entire web design.

*update* I uninstalled this app once because it didn't work well. I decided to try again hoping it would work better. I can't even sign in.. It has given me Captchas several times, grainy pics that you can barely see and will not let me in. Says forbidden and starts over. I probably did 10 sets.!! uninstalling again. Nov 2018 *I can't get this app to work well at all. If I click on a product I cannot return to search without starting over...etc
