About this app

Citi Mobile® allows you to manage finances, wherever you are, whenever you want.
Your transactions are safe thanks to mobile authorization with Citi Mobile Token Pin and push notifications which inform you about every operation on your account or card.

You can log in to the app by entering Citibank Online username and password or using the fingerprint. Users who have not previously used our online banking can register directly in Citi Mobile.

Selected functionalities:

Personal account:
- possibility to activate new card
- possibility to view account numbers
- ability to set or change PIN
- possibility to pay with BLIK
- Citi Kantor - currency exchange platform
- information about account balance, access to transaction history
- possibility to order any transfers
- the Citi Global Wallet service thanks to which the debit card will select the transaction currency by itself when paying online or abroad
- possibility to open foreign currency accounts in 13 currencies
- term deposit management

Credit card:
- possibility to activate a new card
- possibility to view account number
- possibility to activate and use electronic credit card before the physical version arrives (for new customers only)
- ability to set or change PIN
- possibility to pay with BLIK
- information on available credit and balance
- access to transaction history
- access to PDF statements for the last 12 months
- cash transfers to defined and new domestic payees
- card debt repayment

one of the worst banking applications I've ever used. It constantly asks for the full Password, Pin, city mobile token. It doesn't let me log in when I have the application running in a popup (even when I close the popup). It's a disaster compared to any other banking offer.

Thank you for your opinion. We care about the security of our customers, hence the requirement to provide a password or token for some actions. Before closing the application, we recommend logging out first. Please try it out and change your opinion :)

Extremely bad application. Multiple PINs/ePINs/tokens, logging in with full password - everything different in comparison to other banks, and more complicated. No way to stop repeating push notifications about confirmation or the card in Google Pay despite it being done. No complete FAQ about the current way of using the app/card which after multiple changes in the last 2 years's absolutely needed.

It is only mandatory to consent to access your phone, without which fingerprint login and Citi Mobile Token service will not work properly. This is related to ensuring the proper security of the application.

My phone number was suddenly unregistered from Mobile phone transfers service and I cannot register it back to receive BLIK transfers, it returns an error "Unable to continue" and that's all. I tried several times, but it didn't help.
