I wanted to complain on the app bug which doesn't indicate the town where an outlet is located and prevent a pickup order from a different city. According to your outlet, this incident has happened frequently and kopi kenangan refuse to look into this issue. The customer is at loss and kopi kenangan best resort is just blaming the customer without even taking any effort to prevent similar incident. Latest update: Kopi Kenangan has contacted me and help to resolve the issue.

My town (Purwokerto) isn't on the app when I fill out my profile. The Kopken have 5 branch here so how come it is not on the list? 🤣 Also the limit for debit transaction is 50k. I am ordering just for myself, it was cost me 35k so I need to top up my Gopay first. Inconvenient.

Hei, i just found a bug. So, I lent my phone to a friend. He signed in, and then signed off after completing the order. But somehow the cache wasn't cleared yet. I mean even the kopken app isn't signed in by any account, when he order with his phone, I receive the notification too. It's annoying but funny that I can track where my friend is. 😅
