one of the worst working culture of company. Trying to change my address in my investment plan policy by last one year, but no effect on anyone. noone reply or noone proceeds to do the work complete. Moreover raised irrelevant enquiry which not at all connected to problem. Moreover for example asking repeatedly to change address in policy, they are repeatedly sending account statement.

Overall the app, It's Very good and satisfactory. Could able to get all the information related to TOTAL BUSINESS, EARNINGS, POLICIES WISE DETAILS - MONTH WISE, YEARS WISE AND TOTAL IN LIFE TIME.

My account not updated till date. I can't see my earnings till date, even after 45 days of my 1st NOP. I cleared my Dubai trip, but no message posted in this app.
