I am facing a major issue with the Kotak Neo trading app. There are constant glitches, especially in the premium 5-minute time frame. After the market opens, no matter how many candles are formed, the chart still shows only one single candle when I open it. This problem keeps happening repeatedly and makes trading very difficult. Kotak needs to fix this issue as soon as possible because it affects technical analysis and real-time decision making. Very disappointin

"This app is extremely useless — it crashes four times a month. It gets completely stuck, no orders get executed, and even the square-off doesn’t work. Because of this, I faced a significant loss today." It's better to avoid it there is many options available.

App is behaving very poorly. When order was placed for selling in the morning, the app refused to accept any order. In order section it didn't show any trade. Then I was forced to call up offline in the office and dealer informed me that 2 selling orders had already been placed while in the app it didn’t show any order. So while I tried to close my existing position in profit, in the app due to wrong app information, i had squared off my existing position and went short in another position.
