Overall, really good. Wish it didn't have some of the texting restrictions, but I think that's mostly compliance with legal. Wanted to rate 5 stars...it's close. Can't use the app to call from my phone though. Otherwise it would've been. Also wish it would let me know when a number I purchased is flagged for spam. Really smooth functionality though. Customer service is great. Heather deserves a raise!

Look I am thankful for the app, it helps me do business. However, why is the only app that doesn't obey the non vibration setting very well? It took a lot of effort to get it to cooperate with a vanilla Samsung phone.

I've shopped around and the desktop software can't be beat in a CRM - CS is quick and friendly. App is developing, but already seeing upgrades. Pushing out improvements continually and they listen to user feedback. Highly recommend.
