The KSMART application is a one-stop platform providing direct access to all services the Local self government Kerala. Indian citizens, residents, businesses and visitors can apply for services online, interact with their customer service and track the status of the application.

The app provides direct access to a wide range of services, including, but not limited to:
- Civil registration ( Birth Registration, Death Registration, Marriage Registration)
- Building permit
- Property Tax
- Public grievance redressal
- Download Certificate ( Marriage, Death, Birth )

These services are provided by government entities like Local self government Kerala.

GOOD app but Government officials playing table tennis. I have submitted application for licence renewal it's been one month but every time they will say will be renewed you can go to home 😐 and the same again every day. Disgusting service from local body they are not at all aware that they are for the people to serve people. Dear app developers make a limit to hold each document like each officers are holding the document for long but application not moving 😕

I am unable to view past transactions in the app. The receipt for my last tax receipt is now unavailable to me. please rectify this in the next update.

Raised 3 complaints on road and garbage issues—got a call for one(garbage issue), but no action taken. One complaint was marked as rejected without recording any reason. It's been 10 days with no updates. Good initiative, but weak on execution and follow-up. Giving 2⭐ for the concept, but implementation needs serious improvement.
