HorKonpon is an application that allows citizens of any municipality to contact their town hall to report all types of damage to public roads, as well as to propose improvements, or make suggestions of any kind.
The operation is very simple: a citizen only has to take a photograph that reflects the problem (or suggests improvement) on public roads and add, if desired, a brief comment about it. The application does the rest, communicating with the corresponding town hall depending on the GPS location of the device.
The application can be used from any municipality. The town councils that have not yet joined the system will receive all the information sent by the citizen in their suggestion box.
