Has never worked since the purchased of a new house, what a piece of junk wasted so many hours trying to get it to work. don't waste your money. A poorly designed software package that should have never been brought to market. Read all the reviews before purchasing.

EDIT: wow! Customer support is truly amazing for this app. We've gone back and forth for a bit sending videos and troubleshooting. The recent update is showing more consistent access again without having to sign in each time I go to use the app. It did drop my local scan again but I'm not as worried since I can still access quickly! Love to see how much they put into this app to maintain its value and functionality within my home.

The app is amazing, great to be able to turn off lights from phone if we forget to hit the switch, able to program what switches control what lights, tells us battery life so we're no longer guessing, so much information and functionality that we haven't even learned all of it yet. Shaun who helped us set everything up was awesome, he informed us that if we had any issues, that now with the app we can submit trouble tickets and in most cases they would remotely be able to troubleshoot and fix
