I can't load all data in this watch, after 3 times I try to load data, I uninstall the app. I try to download back but it always says "HTTP 403 forbidden". Plssss fix this bug😭😭

The app's Dial Mall is empty and I am unable to change watchface of my watch. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

All the watch faces have disappearee. And needsthe ability to change the existing watch faces. And the ability to wake the sceen when you lift the wrist.
