whats the point if it won't connect or takes 3 resets and 5 min to connect? wanna turn on the AC in advance on a hot day? you'll get to your car before it connects. some new features were added recently but again, what's the point if it won't connect!?! ridiculously inferior to the Tesla app. have had my lucid for 2 years and it's been the same the entire time. talk about frustrating.

App is really slow to wake up the car in general, and as of yesterday (12/16/24) the app won't wake up the car remotely anymore. It worked in the morning (although still very slow) but not since the afternoon. I tried reinstalling app, restarting phone, etc and it doesn't work anymore. Hopefully it gets fixed soon and then I will likely change my review to 3 stars at most bc it still isn't that great or reliable.

I'm a new Lucid user and it appears many of the issues/bugs listed on older reviews have been addressed. I've had no issues with the app and absolutely LOVE the fact that I can hear my Air during the winter before getting in. Love being able to see my cars status. I've had zero issues with the car or the app and I can say I absolutely love EVERYTHING about Lucid!! Looking forward to the Android Auto rollout.
