Absolutely terrible. Will not connect to WiFi after FOUR DAYS OF TRYING! I have a separate 2.4g network. I have reset the device a dozen times. I have had it six inches from the router. It does not matter. It has only found the 2.4g network three or four times out of the dozens of attempts and will never connect. How a company can do this is beyond me.

This is probably the worst mobile software application I've ever used. The scheduling interface DOES NOT WORK. It does not save the settings and there is no place in the app to tell it to set Schedule to ON. The whole user interface is horrible and confusing. The previous app was bad but this new version is effectively unusable. Please, please just release a simple app allowing customers to set a schedule in an easy way. It's the only essential thing a "smart" thermostat needs to do.

I finally found out how to connect to the geo. I made sure the unit was mounted on its base, although that isn't necessary for setting schedules. I also found you had to make sure you reconnected the phone to an active internet connection. The instructions don't really tell you any of that. The unit is still very hard on batteries. I don't have a c wire nor a convenient wall plug. But now that it is connected it is really quite useful. I recommend the unit.
