Very poor. I have purchased Ocdec 10 issue of India Today magazine online and the payment was done through Google app but no issue was given to me even after money deduction from my account. Very bad service. Moreover they have no support system to counter such problems. No call centre. My money got wasted.

I had paid 350 r and I'm not able to get a single copy to read , and worse costumer care ever, if go to the page for every edition they ask 30 R I don't why they took my 350 , and the worst part is they deduct 350 automatically and there is no option to disable payment mode. I is reading india today magazine since 1994, but this application is a SCAM. Please uninstall ASAP
