This software made going "paperless" easy for my Logistics company. I'm an admin and have tried many others that didn't work out (not customizable enough, too buggy, priced too high, etc). Since I started using it in 2018, makes managing and dispatching a variety of forms for different purposes so much easier. Support team is knowledgeable and responsive. Now have 20+ mobile users and 12+ web users. We use it on phones, tablets, and as a web user dispatching forms.

DoForms has allowed us to go completely paperless. We have Technicians across South Florida that are now able to submit Timesheets with the click of a button. No more late Timesheets! We have also integrated paperless billing. Building forms can be time consuming, but DoForms is aways available to help. The customer service is exceptional.

keep having to take photos several times before it uploads onto the app. descriptions are being lost, keep getting kicked out of job then job goes into incomplete and all data is lost. this app used to be okay but over the past year or so it has become almost impossible to use. I have long rated this as 1 star because it would not allow me to rate it as 0 stars. if anyone is thinking of using this app, save yourself the hassle and dont bother. absolute rubbish!!
