when you set your favorite refridgerents, they don't remain in you list after you close the app. pain in the butt. also, seems to drop Bluetooth at least once during every service call, and you need to close and reopen the app, re enter all manual configs, and start again.

App won't open. Spoke with customer support about the JB go V2. They basically told me that I was screwed. Don't get the gauges Bluetooth

We apologize for the less than ideal experience. There is an array of possibilities that could affect the performance of the app. Issues could stem from the device type, permissions set for the app, hardware of the tools, unavailable memory space... so many things. We strive to create an app that is alleviates as many obstacles as possible.

why does the app not hold my favorite refrigerants when you exit out of the app it goes right back to default refrigerants
