Worst application to purchase gold. It's been 4months since I placed my order still didn't received any. I asked for refund 2months before didn't get it. They are not even responding to call. This is some kind of fraud application. I just don't understand how to get my refund r product.

Worst experience... support team is worst ,i am not able to raise my query on app as it always says sorry for the inconvenience....and on mail also no response they are giving.... I feel like I got scammed..... You PPL are breaking customer trust ... Please be aware all of you who are buying from app...i have paid 10k ... And just to change the address I am trying to connect with them ....but I have not got any reply since then

Terrible experience DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS APP!! I placed my order on 28th of March and it's 2nd of May today I have not recieved my product yet. Worst customer support, always UNAVAILABLE.
