No proper customer care service. There is only message service which is one way only. There is no number you can actually call. The number shown in website doesn't work. I want to cancel my order by showing reviews but u can't. I have to email for that. And they did cancel but they didn't refund the payment. Now i have to pay of 1.5 lakh from credit card for the jwellery i didn't even bought. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Website... 1 month since i cancelled the order, still haven't received refund.

We ordered a diamond bracelet, while order time it shows 1 month time to manufacture but after 1 month also no updates about delivery, we waited for almost 2 month but there is no update.customer care is hopeless & after 2 month they told us to cancel the order because they are not delivering the product.what nonsense is that? Along with card payment we used 1 gift voucher worth ₹10k is also became useless for us now.If they can't why they're taking order?

Delivery of jwellery very late, no customer care number, no proper customer support, should stop this online shopping app. Written jwellery shipped in 24 hours and 3 month is going to pass but didn't delivered my jwellery order. Close this app or online shopping if melorra can't give jewellery on time. Fraud, scammer
