The app is mostly ok but it could do with giving more information like where is the metropolitan area? I keep using a daily ticket to avoid embarrassment. The biggest problem with the app, and I'm clearly not the only person with this problem, is that the camera is set to full zoom and you can't control it. I have a Pixel 7 pro and it scanning the qr code is always a problem

It would have been better if it was possible to cancel the request if we get an error after scanning the code. It was not possible to scan the driver's qr code since it was directing to the receipt screen. Almost missed the bus because of this reason. But other than this its a good app.

So complicated. This app should be so simple, the idea is brilliant but it is not easy to use at all. If you try to scan the QR codes on the busses they are so difficult to find using your phone as they are soooo magnified, you have to stand about 3 metres away from the QR code. You have to have internet or the ticket won't activate. If you purchase a daily/weekly ticket why on earth do you still have to scan each trip, surely once you have the ticket activated that is enough! Rubbish
