The app has become nearly impossible to use. I am, more often than not, given a "data network busy..." error and can't login. They only fix is to reinstall. Which I'm doing several times per week at this point. Then, when the app does work the biometric login feature almost never works, I'm told that I need to authenticate my identity even though the fingerprint method worked the last time I opened the app. This app should be a quick means to check my account, it's become a complete hassle.

Overall experience with my local 1st Trust Bank is always top-notch. Their great staff guided me on how to navigate the app.

Wont log in... open the app it says data network is busy... please try again later..... I have uninstalled and reinstalled...it worked a few times but now doing same thing. Update, several months later still having problems... i uninstall then reinstall and it works for about a month then wo t let me login keeps saying busy try later.
