Logging in is a nightmare, at least with my keyboard! The Company and User IDs are on separate pages, and my keyboard converts back to alpha after each number I type. Entering deposits is also a PITA. There are too many "continue"s, and no defaults (like which bank account), so if you're depositing multiple checks it's really time consuming! I counted once - 11 clicks per deposit. I had 16 checks, so that was 176 clicks! Two simple things could have saved me 75 clicks!

I love the bank... hate the app. Homestreet also requires password changes every 90 days which is excessive, and there's no prompt to change the PW which means you'll literally not be able to login at any given day and have to call customer service. And even then they agree the system is inefficient so hopefully they figure this out. Not recommending HS otherwise

Very sensitive to focus. Will reject if even slightly out of focus. Other banks use system that automatically takes the picture when it senses the check is in focus. Software is still tricky and seems to change often without notice. The tech support is great but I have trouble reaching them.
