This app only worls for a day or two at a time, then it causes the account to lock both here on the app and at the DVR! The only way to fix it is to unplug the DVR, which I certainly can't do when I'm hsing it on a mobile away from home! What's the point of a mobile app that breaks itself every couple days and requires you to be at home AND TURN OFF YOUR CAMERAS to fix it?!

This app works just fine and is great! After reading all the reviews I was kind of worried, I was experiencing similar problems but figured out it was because of port forwarding one call to ADT technical support problem resolved and I'm able to view my cameras at home and away from from home! App works great! Thanks ADT!

This app locks your cameras and you cant unlock them unless you reset the system at your house. It's supposed to be a mobile app so you dont have to be home to look at the cameras. It's annoying and this problem has been going on for 6 months. ADT with what you charge for fees this is ridiculous! Fix it!
