The app is pretty easy to use. my only issue I came across with was trying to update my address. it let me pick the country, but the cities name are very limited and filled with typos, almost as if they were added by users who couldn't spell. I can add the street name, the zip code and the building number. but couldnt add my city so I ended up picking a different city just to able to save at least the main pertinent info.

What is this piece of garbage app? I have made a hotel booking in Makkah through the Nusuk application. Even though the terms and conditions say I'm eligible for a full refund I don't see an option to cancel my booking, and the customer service as usual is abysmal. I mean what is the use of a customer service option and number when there is literally no one to attend to you and solve your problems?

This is the first time I am using the app and found that after selecting the date for Rawdah it does not give an option to continue. I believe the problem is with the IOS application then I switched to Android and it worked smoothly. Hence the problem lies in the application linked with IOS indeed my other friends who are an iphone users were also facing the same issue then later on booking through Android worked absolutely fine.
