Nice idea. bad implementation. the app wasn't working and was asked to wait for the update for 1 week. Now that the update is out. you can't even log in or register. UPDATE 2: Tried again after the developer's response. the app refuses to log me in with the password I set. The forgot password functionality doesn't work. It says check your mobile messages but never received any messages. & YES, my phone number is valid and operating normally. Tried all versions from 1.1.6 - 1.1.9. Uninstalling

The App is good but the service is Very poor. It happened several times that they couldn't deliver at the time i selected during order placement. When I contacted customer service they didn't help, they advised me to just wait or cancel the order! Seriously!!! After waiting 2 days!! I decided to delete the app from my device. التطبيق جيد بس الخدمة سيئو وتعامل خدمة العملاء اسؤ.. اخر همهم رضا العميل. حصل ان طلبيتي تاخرت بسبب عامل التوصيل ماله خلق يوصلها. تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وللاسف ماساعدوني

Application never complete setup?????? It asks for name, mobile # and password and confirmation and then the application standstill (hangups). Tried several times to uninstall and install again and again but doesn't help. There might be a problem with the application.

Hi RJA Ahmad, please make sure you updated to the latest version: 118 (1.1.8). If you are already a customer before updating MoyaApp New UX interface, please click on Forget Password to get your OTP SMS via your registered mobile. Or create a new account through a mobile number not previously registered in MoyaApp to get the verification message.
