Constantly logs me out of a session immediately after I sign in. I can't download files from the app they always fail. It crashes constatnly while using it as well.

Tried several times to create my patient portal with no luck! Created my username and immediately~with the awful keyboards, and not being able to see the letters, numbers, and stmbols I am typing in for the password creates being unable to set up a portal account! Very sad and unfortunate oversight especially for those whos' accuracy is hit or miss! Please fix this! Was hoping to give 5 stars not just 2!

I have been trying for weeks to 6 my portal and have gone through all the stages as been told, and it doesn't work
