Terrible app. Takes forever to load, no matter your network speed. Constantly freezes on a blank screen. Full of errors and glitches that cause you to question if your payment went through. I received a payment receipt via email, but the app showed a poorly formatted pop-up screen (could not even read what it said) with a red error notification behind it. I closed and reopened the app, which still shows a balance. I hope it will be updated soon so tenants can pay their rent.

We read all the negative but when we moved in the first week we had the maintaince guys there every day it seemed like and we ended up having a new a/c system. Now we found that we have a water spicket that leaks in out master room and the carpet is soaking wet. So the people before didn't do anything to this house but we'll make sure everything is working well and done

Have rented the property, almost a month now. App is still not up to date. Payments do not show current balance. App says I do not have a lease with Mainstreet, still. Most info is missing or incorrect. They expect you, as a customer, to have everything in order, and demand everything be done ahead of time. Then, they can't even get one thing right, or takes weeks to do so. Either the app is trash, or the people there are too lazy to do their jobs. Their customer service, SUCKS!
