Don't have to use the app much after set-up. Both pairing and setup were very easy So five stars for the app but -2 for the headset. Very good quality sound and people rarely complain about not hearing me. My issue is personal one. We have a great microphone but you can't use it for anything other than calls. So any kind of speech to text in other applications where you really want a microphone you can't do it. This may be Google's fault but was very disappointed nonetheless.

I got tired of all the other headsets I've been buying and decided to go back to our company that is always strive to make their headsets super usable and painless. they may not make the prettiest headsets I've ever seen, but at least they are functionally sound. I'd rather have a functionally sound headset with a larger radio and battery than one that just blows through the battery and loses connection all the time. this one has been flawless and without pain The software is great it works well

I downloaded the app onto my S24 Plus. I have 2 450XT headsets & after I followed the directions in the app for connection, it could not detect either one. I tried 3x with both headsets &.....nothing. Maybe my headsets are too old but they should have been recognized by the app at the least. Oh well back to the drawing board.....
