I can connect the app to my NQ511B using the app opening screen, but nothing happens on the app, other than the app saying its connected. There are no icons and no control methods. The app worked for about one week than nothing. The player NQ511B sounds good but has very limited bluetooth range (10feet max). The directions dont tell you which Nakamichi app to use. I started at the top and tried them all. Return your unit and go elsewhere until they fix this. Than I will update my review.

Absolutely terrible app. I was able to connect my HQ822B to the app but all I was able to do from the app was change the RGB and volume. I am not able to play music from youtube or spotify and the only audio I was able to find was audio files saved on my phone which are not even searchable and play through my phone rather than the head unit even though I am using the bt music option.

I think the app needs rebuild. At bt mode on my app I can watch at screen what I picked to listen from the head unit. I can not use next or previous buttons, I can not search for tracks in folders, dissapointed
