Does not allow modifications or deletions to pending claims. No detail help files. Once you hit submit, you can't fix it, so just let them waste their time waiting for additional docs. Submitted another claim. Item eligibility scanner dies. UPDATE 6-8-2023 Still can't delete old read notifications. UPDATE 7-10-23 Still can't delete old notices. GoodRX comparisons does not consider no. of pills. I pay $11 for 180 pills. It says they get 30 for $6. Update 2024. Problems still exist. Slow.

I have to uninstall and reload almost every time I reset my password. This app is just like the company, lousy. I can login from my computer with my current password, but not the app. "Incorrect server response" is what comes up every single time. Also, I don't want notifications, ever! The app won't function unless you turn them on, and then the password issue. Like I said, the app is like the company, lousy!

Update lost user friendliness. While submitting a claim previously it would prompt you to submit after attaching a recipt. This one after attaching a receipt you have to know to hit the back button. It only show a home button if you hit that you submission is lost without a prompt. If you have used their website you know that the back button essentially logs you out. I wish their user experience was consistent so that it was intuitive between platforms.
